LM3914 is a 18 Pin DIP monolithic IC for driving LEDs, LCDs or vacuum fluorescents. Internal 1.2V to 12V voltage reference.
Operates with single supply of less than 3V
Selectable 10 segment Bar or 10 Dot display mode.
Cascade for displays up to 100 linear steps
Inputs operate down to ground
Output current programmable from 2 mA to 30 mA
Non multiplexed switching; no interaction between outputs
Input to ±35V without damage
Output drivers are open-collector, current regulated
Outputs can drive TTL or CMOS.
